Nature du poste : Emploi temps pleinDescription du poste : Working in Retail Travel Agency selling travel as a Travel Consultant. Includes selling Cruises, air, vacation packages, hotels, tours. Must be familiar with GDS and we will train on company systems. Ability to work flexible Retail hours. The best counsellors are friendly and caring with customers. Responsibilities: - Using your travel passion and knowledge to sell products and destinations your clients require or express interest in - Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via email - Preparing and processing itineraries with assistance of our automated templates Qualifications: - customer service experience - Overseas travel experience - Ability to work full time - Computer proficiency with an aptitude to learn new systems - Interest in working in a team environment
Profil recherché :
Some knowledge of the business and some training required. Also beneficial if candidate has had many personal travel experiences and been dealing with the public in a customer service role in another industry. Must be well spoken in English and bilingual (French) is preferred.Conditions de travail :
Will be required to work Monday to Friday and a rotation of Saturdays. Will open some nights per week on a seasonal basis and depends on the needs of the business. Works with a Manager and one other Travel Consultant and share the schedule.Date limite pour postuler : 31/03/2023
