Description du poste : · Respond to incoming calls and assist with product and service inquiries· Upsell and cross-sell on each call, using the key product and promotional information provided· Sell optional extras such as group seating, Elite Plus, excursions, gift certificates and insurance· Respond to incoming emails pertaining to group rate requests in a professional, timely manner· Fill-in for Group Sales Representative absences as directed by Supervisor· Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training· Other duties as assigned

Profil recherché :

· Bilingual in French and English· Up to 1-year in customer service or related experience· Excellent communication skills and enjoys working directly with customers· Detail-oriented, organized and capable of multi-tasking· Demonstrates initiative with problem-solving and decision-making skills· Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible, reliable & prioritize workload· Experience with MS Office (email, Word, Excel)· Knowledge of Soft Voyage TTS is an asset

Conditions de travail :

Schedule: Full time, 35 hours a week· Shift: Variable and dependent on business needs· Business Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm· Work Location: Blend of Remote Work and In Office, based on a set schedule
