Description du poste : escription of Role Travel Consultants for Airline Industry to provide customer service support by responding to chat/emails and receiving calls on customer concerns on 24x7 support operations. This is a Full time role. Responsibilities & Duties  Process Inbound/Outbound calls relating to customer queries pertaining to o Reservation/Changes o Cancellation, o Upsell, Cross sell , o Chat & Email processing of transactions  Attend to inbound calls related to customer queries  Process customer request as per defined process & training provided  Adherence to process quality and compliance guidelines. Focus on First call resolution ( FCR)  To provide language customer support & transaction processing  To meet and exceed KPIs (AHT, Quality, CSAT, NPS as applicable )  To follow processes and policies laid down by the client
