Position description: Overview TE-Active is looking for highly motivated professionals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Experience Specialist with TE-Active, you will join a growing, professional and forward-thinking company as a member of the primary customer service team to service customers who require multi-channel assistance and support. In a fast-paced Contact Center, you will provide support and customer service for a renowned Spanish-language hotel reservation platform that offers a wide range of worldwide destinations. You will support traveler’s with their existing hotel reservations, modify or change reservations, and/or placing new reservations while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills that meet quality and privacy guidelines. You will be the first point-of-contact for travelers seeking assistance about their reservations and/or web navigation and you’ll encourage loyalty as you resolve issues, provide support, and answer traveler questions. Reporting to a Contact Center supervisor, this Customer Experience Specialist role will be accountable for providing top-class customer service that aligns with company procedures, quality guidelines, and client privacy through multiple channels of contact.

Required profile:

Skills & Requirements • Working knowledge of PC/Windows environment, internet, mobile and tablet applications • Fluent in professional and conversational Spanish, bilingual preferred (Spanish/English) - written/spoken • 1 year of proven customer service and sales experience in any industry • Completion of High School diploma is required • Must successfully complete initial training before handling customer interactions. You will also be required to attend ongoing training and educational sessions to develop and refine skills and performance. • Contact center experience an asset • Previous experience meeting KPI metrics/goals ensuring an understanding of service levels, quality assurance, and working within company policies, procedures, and privacy standards • Excellent active listening and communication skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships • Proven ability to clearly articulate information in Spanish/English to all demographics • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team • Detail-oriented and proven multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
